Climate  Team

The Discipline Team at CSNC is responsible for maintaining a positive school environment by enforcing the Student Code of Conduct and promoting the Six Pillars of Character:

Trustworthiness, Responsibility, Respect, Fairness, Caring and Citizenship

The Pillars of Character represent the foundation of the educational framework, CHARACTER COUNTS! Charter School of New Castle adopted this framework to create a climate where good character thrives due to consciousness of, commitment to, and competency in ethical behavior. Students are recognized for their display of good character by receiving character "shout outs" during morning or afternoon announcements, certificates, and earning bracelets that represent the pillar they’ve modeled.
